This dish is practically a big skillet packed with hamburgers and mushrooms with tons of cheese on top. My kids love this dish, and we will never get tired of it! Ingredients
3 large eggs
1 pound Ground beef
1 pound Sliced mushrooms
6 ounces of Cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons Butter, unsalted
2 teaspoons Minced garlic
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon Seasoning salt
Parmesan cheese for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
How to make Hamburger Mushroom Bake
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: In a skillet, place the ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Cook until no longer pink. When done, drain the excess grease. Set the cooked ground beef aside.
Step 3: Melt 2 tbsp butter in the same skillet over medium heat. Once melted, add the mushrooms and cook until tender. Next, add the minced garlic, seasoning salt, parsley, and pepper. Continue to cook for a couple of minutes more.
Step 4: In a food processor or blender, place the cream cheese and eggs. Mix well until smooth.
Step 5: Over the ground beef, pour the cream cheese sauce. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the cooked mushrooms. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
Step 6: Remove from the oven when done, and sprinkle the Parmesan on top. Serve the hamburger mushroom and bake immediately. Enjoy!
