My kids love this Roasted Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower! They are the pickiest eaters I’ve known, but they cannot get over this crispy and tasty Roasted Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower. Crispy bites of cauliflower breaded with garlic, Parmesan breading, and bake in the oven until golden perfection! Super easy to make and incredibly delicious! Enjoy this Roasted Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower as a wonderful side dish or appetizer with a dipping sauce like Ranch.
INGREDIENTS
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ c. butter, melted
½ c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. Italian or plain breadcrumbs
1 medium cauliflower head
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
How to make Roasted Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F. Using parchment paper, line a baking sheet and set aside.
Step 2: From the cauliflower head, remove all the leaves. Into florets, roughly the same size, cut the cauliflower. If needed, slice the large florets in half.
Step 3: In a small bowl, melt the butter. Then, add the garlic and stir well.
Step 4: In a different bowl, place the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
Step 5: Into the butter, dip each floret, then dredge in breadcrumbs.
Step 6: On the prepared baking sheet, place the breaded piece of florets. Do the same until all the florets are coated.
Step 7: Place in the preheated oven and roast the cauliflower for about 32 to 35 minutes or until the breading is golden brown.
NOTE:
Serve this Roasted Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower either as a side dish or appetizer with a dipping sauce (I love Ranch). To prevent the coating from falling off, we use this breading method. Alternatively, you can pour the melted butter over the cauliflower bites. Gently toss and sprinkle with the breading mixture. Stir well until the pieces of cauliflower bites are coated. Then, bake as instructed.
