HOW TO MAKE LONGHORN GARLIC PARMESAN CRUSTED CHICKEN
Step 1: Mix the marinade ingredients until well blended and pour this over the chicken. Place in the fridge to marinate the chicken for at least 2 to 3 hours up to overnight.
Step 2: Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 12 to 15 minutes until the chicken is done.
Step 3: In the meantime, ready the ranch spread and Parmesan crumb topping.
Step 4: To make the ranch spread, combine ¼ c. of the grated Parmesan with ¼ c. ranch dressing. Set aside.
Step 5: Combine the bread crumbs, garlic salt, shredded Parmesan, and butter to make the Parmesan crumb topping until the mixture should be evenly moistened.
Step 6: In the center of the oven, place the oven rack and preheat the broiler.
Step 7: To an oven-safe casserole dish, place the cooked chicken. On each chicken breast, spread about 2 tbsp of the ranch spread and top with provolone and Parmesan crumb topping.
Step 8: Under the broiler, place the dish and cook until the cheese has melted and the crumb topping starts to turn light brown.
Step 9: Remove from the oven when done and serve the Longhorn Garlic Parmesan Crusted Chicken right away. Enjoy!
