Ingredients:
1 ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ c cheddar cheese
Old Bay seasoning to taste
2 jumbo fresh, soft pretzels look in the bread aisle
½ teaspoon dry mustard
½ c sour cream
1 tablespoon milk
8 ounces lump crab meat
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
8 ounces of cream cheese
A pinch of garlic salt
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat it to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Lay the pretzels onto a baking sheet. Season with a bit of salt.
Add cheddar cheese, old bay, milk, sour cream, cream cheese, mustard powder, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic salt, and
Worcestershire sauce into a large mixing bowl. Beat everything until well incorporated.
Add the crab meat, then stir until well combined.
Pour the mixture over the pretzels on the baking sheet and spread it evenly. Add more cheddar cheese on top.
Place it in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to omit the pretzels completely. You can bake the dip for about 25 minutes. Serve with chips, bread, etc.
Leftovers should be kept in the fridge to prevent them from spoiling quickly.
