I have listed all the things you will be needing so just follow them step by step, and you are good to go!
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons English mustard
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 garlic clove, peeled and sliced
2 packs of pre-rolled puff pastry
egg wash
1 whole Camembert
30 thin slices of pancetta (15 slices split down the middle)
Freshly ground black pepper
A few sprigs of fresh rosemary
Directions:
Unroll the puff pastry sheets, then make two same-size circles out of them.
Lay baking paper over a tray, then place a puff pastry on it.
Put the Camembert in the center, then brush the pastry with mustard.
From the Camembert, lay pancetta strips around the prepared pastry. Make sure to leave a small space between each.
Cut the middle of the 2nd pastry the same size as the Camembert, then put it on top of the pancetta. Seal the sides by pressing them.
Slice in between each pancetta and twist each. It should look like the sun.
Make a crisscross pattern over the Camembert, then stuff it with rosemary sprigs and garlic. Drizzle cheese and olive oil on top.
Brush each pancetta twist with egg wash, then sprinkle freshly cracked black pepper on top.
Prepare the oven and preheat it to 400 degrees F or 200 degrees C.
Place breadstick twists in the preheated oven and bake them for about 12 to 14 minutes or until done. Remove from the oven.
Serve right away. Enjoy!
