This Chicken Bacon Ranch Baked Penne is a spectacular dish! If you are looking for a simple dinner recipe to try tonight, then this will do perfectly! Ingredients:
6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
1 8 oz. package of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 15 oz. jar of Alfredo sauce
¾ c ranch dressing
2 c cooked chicken, cut into small cubes
¼ c chopped parsley
1 pound penne pasta
Directions:
Place a large pot with water on the stove and turn the heat to high. Allow the water to boil.
Add the pasta and a bit of salt into the pot, then cook for a few minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
Prepare the oven and preheat it to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray to a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Add chicken, pasta, ranch dressing, Alfredo pasta sauce, and bacon into a large mixing bowl. Toss everything until well incorporated.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Use a spoon to flatten out the top portion.
Scatter the shredded mozzarella cheese over the casserole.
Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese has completely melted.
