Ingredients:
1 (1-ounce) packet of ranch dressing mix
⅓ c sliced jarred pepperoncini peppers or banana peppers
½ c butter, sliced
1 (1-ounce) packet of Au Jus Gravy mix
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat it to 218 degrees C or 425 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray to a 9×13-inch baking pan.
Lay the chicken breasts into the prepared baking pan.
Add the Au jus gravy mix and ranch seasoning over the chicken breasts. Make sure to cover them well.
Add the butter slices and pepperoncini peppers over the chicken breasts.
Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake the chicken for about 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
You can use an instant-read thermometer to check the doneness of the chicken. When it registers to about 165 degrees F, remove it from the oven. Make sure not to overcook the chicken.
