Ingredients:
1 tbsp no-salt ketchup
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp olive oil
4 (4 oz. each) bone-in pork chops, fat trimmed
½ tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
½ tbsp sweet chili sauce
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Add ketchup, soy sauce, chili sauce, garlic, honey, and oregano into a large mixing bowl. Stir everything until well incorporated.
Add the pork chops into the bowl with the sauce mixture, then toss until completely covered.
Place a 12-inch oven-safe skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high. Add olive oil and allow it to become hot.
Place the pork chops together with the sauce into the hot skillet. Sear the pork chops for a few minutes until all sides turn brown.
Remove the skillet from the heat, then add butter over the pork chops. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and cook the pork chops for additional 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the pork chops to garnish.

Notes:
You can also grill the pork chops. Cook them for about 5 minutes per side while basting with the sauce from time to time.
