Ingredients:
½ Onion, diced
1 teaspoon Basil
28 ounces of Tomato sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon Rosemary
2 teaspoon Oregano
1 c Cheddar cheese
½ teaspoon Paprika
2-pound Ground beef
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 pound Elbow macaroni
1 teaspoon Parsley
½ teaspoon Black pepper
¼ teaspoon thyme
20 ounces diced tomatoes
Directions:
Place a large pot with water on the stove and turn the heat to high. Allow the water to boil.
Add the macaroni and a bit of salt, then cook for about 4 minutes or until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water and set it aside.
Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add the ground beef and onions, then cook for a few minutes until brown.
Add the garlic, then sauté for about a minute or until aromatic.
Add the Worcestershire sauce and stir until well blended.
Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, and the rest of the spices. Stir everything until well incorporated.
Simmer the mixture for a few more minutes.
Turn the heat down to low, then add the cooked macaroni. Toss until well coated with the sauce. Simmer for additional 10 minutes.
Stir in the cheese until completely melted.

Notes:
Feel free to use ground chicken or ground turkey for this recipe.
Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then put them in the fridge. Reheat for a few minutes before serving again.
