These rolls are also great if you are on a low-carb or keto diet. These divine with salty and cheesy combo rolls are super filling and hearty. I like to serve these puffy rolls in tortillas/wraps style.

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
¾ c. shredded mozzarella cheese
½ c. grated Parmesan, or Asiago, other hard, dry, grated cheese
½ c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. diced ham
How to make Ham and Cheese Rolls
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees F.
Step 2: In a bowl, place the shredded cheese and egg, Mix well until completely blended. Then, add the diced ham. Mix again until combined.
Step 3: Grease or line with Silpat or parchment paper on a baking sheet and set aside.
Step 4: Into six or eight parts, equally divide the mixture and shape it into round rolls. Place them into the prepared baking sheet.
Step 5: Place in the preheated oven and bake the rolls for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the rolls have a slightly brown crust.
Step 6: Remove from the oven when done and serve the ham and cheese rolls right away. Enjoy!
Note:
You are welcome to mix up your cheese selection. To keep the flour-like texture, make sure to use 1 grated hard, dry cheese like Parmesan or Asiago.
