Ingredients:
1 c sour cream
1 (10.75 ounces) can Cream of Celery soup
1 (6 ounces) box cornbread stuffing, uncooked (Stove Top or Pepperidge Farm)
4 tablespoons melted butter
1½ pound chopped cooked chicken
1 c chicken broth
1 (10.75 ounces) can Cream of Chicken soup
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray to the inside of a 9×13-inch baking pan.
Scatter the chopped chicken into the prepared baking pan to cover the entire bottom.
In a mixing bowl, add cream of celery soup, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream. Stir everything until well blended. Pour the mixture over the chicken into the baking pan.
Sprinkle the stuffing on top of the soup mixture. Make sure to cover it well.
In a separate mixing bowl, add the melted butter and broth. Stir the ingredients until well blended.
Pour the mixture on top of the stuffing layer and spread it evenly.
Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake the Yum Yum Chicken for 30 minutes or until done.
Remove the baking pan from the oven and allow the Yum Yum Chicken to cool for a few minutes at room temperature to incorporate all the flavors.
