Ingredients:
1 c orange juice
1 c ginger ale
10 lb. fully cooked spiral sliced ham (weight is approximate)
HAM GLAZE:
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
½ c brown sugar
½ c maple syrup
½ tsp ground black pepper
½ c honey
Directions:
Let the ham sit at room temperature for about an hour.
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Put ham into a roasting pan with the sliced part facing up.
Add ginger ale and orange juice on top of the ham.
Cover the roasting pan with aluminium foil.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, add pepper, syrup, sugar, mustard, and honey into a mixing bowl. Stir everything until well blended.
Brush with the glaze and juices over the ham, then bake for 20 more minutes.
Baste and bake the ham every 15 minutes until it reaches 140 degrees F. This usually takes about 90 to 120 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let the ham sit at room temperature for at least 15 minutes. Make sure to cover it.
Brush the rest of the ham glaze over.

Notes:
Feel free to use a slow cooker for this recipe. Cook the ham for 4 to 5 hours on a low setting.
