3 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 oz. fresh parmesan cheese, shredded
6 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon ground white pepper
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground mustard
Directions:
Place a medium pot with water on the stove and turn the heat to medium. Allow the water to boil.

Place a large pot on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add butter and allow it to melt.
Add flour into the pot, then whisk and cook for a minute or until well blended with the melted butter. Add the seasonings and stir until well blended. Cook for about 3 minutes or until it kind of looks like a paste.

Add cream cheese, then stir again until well blended and smooth.
Add the drained macaroni into the pot, then toss until well coated with the delicious sauce.
