Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
30 chicken wings
Rub:
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
Honey Garlic Sauce:
1 tbsp sesame oil
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp minced ginger
¾ c water
½ c honey
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp Mirin
¼ c soy sauce
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions:
For the Wings:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 218 degrees C or 425 degrees F. a
Use paper towels to pat dry the chicken wings.
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the rub. Whisk until well mixed.
Add the chicken wings into the bowl with the rub ingredients, then toss until well coated. Brush each wing with olive oil.
Line foil onto a baking sheet.
Add the chicken wings onto the prepared baking sheet and arrange them in a single layer.
Place the baking sheet inside the preheated oven and bake the chicken wings for about 35 minutes or until done. Flip the wings once to evenly cook all sides.
For the Honey Garlic Sauce:
Place a pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add all the ingredients to the sauce, then stir until well blended. Allow the sauce to boil.
Turn the heat down to low, then simmer the sauce for 10 minutes or until it becomes thick.
Add the wings into the pan with the sauce, then toss until well coated.
Put the chicken wings back in the oven and bake for 10 more minutes. Turn once after 5 minutes to cook the other sides as well.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve warm with your preferred dipping sauce. Enjoy!
