Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 lb. ground pork
1 tbsp fresh garlic, minced
¾ c panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp chili powder
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Line with sheets of foil onto two baking sheets.
Add smoked paprika, salt, chili powder, Panko bread crumbs, and pepper into a large bowl. Whisk until well blended.
Add the garlic, ground pork, olive oil, and ground beef into the bowl with the breadcrumb mixture. Use a spatula to stir everything until well incorporated.
Use your clean hands to make 48 meatballs out of the mixture. Make sure to brush your hands with a bit of oil to prevent the meatballs from sticking.
Add the meatballs onto the prepared baking sheets and arrange them in a single layer. Make sure to leave a bit of space between each meatball.
Place the baking sheets inside the preheated oven and bake the meatballs for about 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
Serve right away and enjoy!
Notes:
Serve these meatballs with BBQ sauce, sweet & sour sauce, or marinara sauce.
You can also serve these meatballs with pasta, garlic bread, mixed veggies, or salads.
