I discovered this a couple of months ago. Now, allow me to share it with you! In just 25 minutes, this amazing casserole is ready for serving! I like serving this for dinner. My family loves it so much that I prepare this at least twice a week! It is so budget-friendly that’s why I don’t have to worry about the price of the ingredients. Ingredients:
⅔ c Grated Cheese
⅓ c Cream
2 Zucchini
⅓ c Sour Cream
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray to a baking dish.
Slice the zucchini into small cuts, then scatter them onto the prepared baking dish.
Add cream and sour cream over the zucchini pieces. Stir until well blended.
Add ⅓ cup of cheese, then stir until well blended.
Add the rest of the cheese on top of the zucchini mixture. Make sure to cover the top.
Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the top turns golden brown.
Remove the Cheesy Zucchini Casserole from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes:
Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then place them inside the fridge. Reheat in the microwave for a few minutes.
