Juice from ½ medium lemon (about 1 tablespoon)
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp onion powder
1 tbsp flour
½ c freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp butter
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Place a large pot with water on the stove and turn the heat to high. Allow the water to boil.

Sprinkle onion powder, salt, and pepper over the salmon. Toss until well coated.
Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Add butter and olive oil, then allow them to become hot.
Add the salmon, then cook each side for a few minutes. Move onto a clean plate.
Add the flour into the same skillet, then whisk and cook for about a minute to remove the raw taste.
Add the wine and garlic, then whisk until well blended. Bring to a simmer, then add lemon juice and cream. Stir again until well blended.
Add the Parmesan cheese, then stir and allow it to melt.
Put the salmon back into the skillet, then use a wooden spoon to break it into small pieces. Stir until well coated by the delicious sauce.
Simmer everything for another 3 to 5 minutes or until the texture of the sauce becomes thick.
Add the cooked pasta, then toss until well coated by the delicious sauce.
Sprinkle more Parmesan cheese over each serving.
Serve and enjoy!
