Easy, quick, and tasty! These three words best describe my experience with this Tater Tot Casserole! This dish is best served pretty much any time of the day! I am sure that you and your loved ones are going to like this spectacular dish! Ready in just a couple of minutes. You are so in for a treat!
Ingredients:
1 (14 ounces) can of green beans (drained)
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 (28 ounces) bag of frozen tater tots (you will have some left over)
1 (pound) ground beef
1 (10.75 ounces) can of cream of mushroom soup
½ diced yellow onion
salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray to a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add the ground beef, then cook until crumbly and brown.
Add the onion, then sauté until translucent. Discard any accumulated fat.
Add the Worcestershire sauce, then stir until well blended.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Add the cream of mushroom soup on top of the meat mixture and spread it evenly.
Add the drained green beans over the soup layer.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of the green beans.
Add frozen tater tots on top.
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 35 to 40 minutes or until the top turns golden brown.
Remove the casserole from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes:
You can add your preferred veggies to this recipe.
Worcestershire sauce is optional in this recipe.
