In just 35 minutes, these Big Mac Sliders will bring joy to your life! Enjoy the delicious flavors in each bite of these heavenly treats!
Ingredients:
Sauce:
1 teaspoon minced onion
2 tablespoons French dressing
1 tablespoon sweet relish
1 teaspoon ketchup
1 teaspoon vinegar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
½ c mayo
Sliders:
6 slices of American cheese
Finely chopped onion 2 tablespoons roughly
2 tablespoons melted butter
Sliced dill pickles
2 pounds of ground beef
1 tablespoon minced onion
Slider buns 12 count
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Shredded lettuce about 1 c
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Add all the ingredients for the sauce into a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
Cover the bowl with the sauce with plastic wrap, then place it inside the fridge.
Add beef into a separate bowl. Add minced onion, pepper, and salt. Stir until well combined.
Apply cooking spray to an 11×13-inch baking dish.
Move the beef mixture into the prepared baking dish, then press it evenly into the bottom and the sides.
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven, then add the cheese on top.
Put it back inside the oven and bake for a few more minutes until the cheese has melted completely.
Place the bottom parts of the buns into another baking dish. Add ½ of the sauce over the buns and spread it evenly.
Add the shredded lettuce and meat over the sauce.
Add the chopped onions and pickles over the meat.
Drizzle the remaining sauce individually over each bun.
Add the rest of the buns over the prepared buns.
Top each with sesame seeds.
Serve right away and enjoy!
