Ingredients:
2 cans of evaporated milk
1 package of Monetary jack cheese
2 large Eggs
2 packages of extra sharp cheddar cheese
⅓ c of skim milk
3 c of Elbow Macaroni
½ tsp of seasoned salt
Paprika for sprinkling
Freshly grounded pepper
Coarse salt
4 tbsp of unsalted butter
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Add 4 tbsp of butter into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Place a large pot with water on the stove and turn the heat to high. Allow the water to boil.
Add the macaroni and cook until al dente. Drain and transfer them into another pot.
Add butter over the cooked macaroni, then toss until well coated. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add eggs, evaporated milk, and skimmed milk. Beat until well blended.
Add ½ tsp seasoned salt, regular salt, and garlic powder. Stir until well blended.
In another bowl, add all the cheeses. Stir until well mixed. Set aside.
Add ½ of the macaroni into the prepared baking dish and spread them evenly.
Add ½ of the cheese on top and spread it evenly as well.
Repeat the process until everything is arranged in layers.
Sprinkle paprika on top.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and allow the Mac and Cheese to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve warm and enjoy!
