Ingredients:
1 Egg
2¾ c Bisquick baking mix
½ c butter softened
1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips (6 oz)
½ c nuts chopped, if desired (optional)
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 c brown sugar packed
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Add vanilla, egg, butter, and sugar into a mixing bowl. Beat until well blended.
Add the nuts, Bisquick mix, and chocolate chips. Stir until well blended.
Spoon the mixture onto a cookie sheet. Shape each into a ball then gently flatten it out. Make sure to leave a small space between each cookie dough.
Place the cookie sheet inside the preheated oven and bake the cookies for about 10 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve and enjoy!
