Ingredients:
One can of tomato soup – 10 ¾ ounces
Parsley – roughly 3 tablespoons, divided
1 pound of ground beef
One package of tater tots – 32 ounces
Minced onions – 4 tablespoons
One can of corn – 15.25 ounces
Worcestershire sauce – a generous sprinkling
Mozzarella cheese – roughly 4 c
Dried ground mustard – 3 teaspoons
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add the ground beef, then cook until crumbly and brown.
Add the spices and stir until well blended.
Add the corn and soup, then stir until well blended. Simmer everything for a few minutes.
Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Lay the tater tots into the prepared baking dish. Make sure to leave a small space between each tater tot.
Sprinkle 2 cups of cheese on top of the tater tots.
Add the ground beef mixture over the cheese and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese and parsley over the ground beef. Feel free to add more cheese if you want.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and allow the Cowboy Lasagna to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve warm and enjoy!
