Ingredients:
1 teaspoon minced garlic
6-8 medium Yukon Gold Potatoes, sliced thinly
1 ½ c grated mixed cheddar and Monterey jack cheese
1 lb. ground beef
Garnish with fresh chopped chives
½ a large onion, sliced thinly
Garlic Salt
Coarse Ground Black Pepper
Directions:
Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-low.
Add the ground beef, then cook until crumbly and brown.
Add the minced garlic and sauté until aromatic.
Add the onions and potatoes, then cook until soft. Season with garlic salt and pepper. Stir everything until well blended.
