These cookies are good not just on the holidays but pretty much any time of the year! My kids could not get enough of these delicious treats! I always make sure that I have these ingredients because they constantly crave these Snowball Cookies! Oh, man, have got to give this recipe a try. Feel free to tweak it a bit to your liking. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 c mini-M&Ms any colour
2 ¼ c all-purpose flour do not pack your flour
½ c powdered sugar do not pack your powdered sugar
½ tsp salt
1 c unsalted butter slightly softened
Additional powdered sugar for rolling
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Line with parchment paper two cookie sheets.
In the bowl of an electric mixer, add the vanilla and ½ cup of powdered sugar. Beat until well blended.
Add in the flour and salt. Beat again for a few minutes until well blended and smooth.
Add in the M&Ms and stir until just mixed.
Make small balls out of the dough.
Lay the balls onto the prepared cookie sheet. Make sure to leave a small space between each ball.
Place the cookie sheet inside the preheated oven and bake the balls for about 8 to 10 minutes or until done.
Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to rest at room temperature for a few minutes.

Add the balls into the bowl with powdered sugar, then toss until well coated.
Serve and enjoy!
