Ingredients:
1 rack baby back ribs membrane removed
Dry Rub:
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chilli powder
2 teaspoons coarse salt
3 tablespoons brown sugar
BBQ Sauce:
2-3 tablespoons honey
Parsley
½ c brown sugar BBQ sauce
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 150 degrees C or 300 degrees F.
Line with aluminium foil a large baking sheet.
Lay the ribs onto the prepared baking sheet.
Add all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl, then stir until well blended.
Sprinkle the dry ingredients over the ribs, then rub each until well coated.
Place the baking sheet inside the preheated oven and bake the ribs for about 3 hours.
Remove the ribs from the oven and remove the foil cover.
In a mixing bowl add the honey and BBQ sauce. Stir until well blended.
Brush each rib with the sauce.
Put them back inside the oven and bake for 3 more minutes. Brush more sauce and bake for a few more minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes at room temperature to incorporate all the flavours.
Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top to garnish.
Serve and enjoy!
