Ingredients:
2 tbsp Soy sauce
½ c Brown sugar
1 clove Garlic; crushed
1 tsp ground sage
¼ c Balsamic Vinegar
½ tsp Salt
1 tbsp Cornstarch
½ c Water
¼ tsp Pepper
½ c Water
2 lbs. Pork tenderloin
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, add the sage, pepper, garlic, and salt. Stir until well blended.
Sprinkle the mixture over the tenderloin, then rub until well coated.
Add the tenderloin into the slow cooker together with ½ cup of water.
Cover the slow cooker and cook everything for about 6 to 8 hours on a low setting.
About one hour before the cooking time ends, prepare the glaze.
Place a saucepan on the stove, then add soy sauce, brown sugar, water, and balsamic vinegar. Stir until well blended.
Turn the heat to medium and simmer the glaze for 4 minutes or until the texture becomes thick.
Brush the glaze over the roast about one hour before the cooking time ends.
Line with aluminium foil in a sheet pan.
Remove the tenderloin from the pot, then transfer it onto the prepared sheet pan.
Place it inside the broiler, then broil for about 2 minutes or until done.
Allow the meat to rest for a few minutes at room temperature to incorporate all the flavours.
Serve with the rest of the glaze. Enjoy!
