This Pecan Pie is what I like to call perfection! The delicious taste in every bite of this pie will surely take you on an adventure! Try this recipe now and don’t forget to share it with your loved ones as well. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
¼ c unsalted butter (57 grams) melted
⅔ c dark corn syrup (158ml)
1 c light brown sugar tightly packed (200 grams)
1 ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
2 ¼ c pecan halves or coarsely chopped pecans (230 grams)
¼ tsp salt
3 large eggs room temperature
1 9 ½-inch homemade pie crust
Directions:
Refer to the directions provided on the package of the pie crust on how to prepare it. Place it inside the fridge.
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Line with parchment paper a cookie sheet.
Add the pecans onto the prepared cookie sheet, then spread them evenly.
Place the cookie sheet inside the preheated oven and bake the pecans for about 5 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
Add the cracked eggs into a large bowl, then beat until creamy.
Add the vanilla extract, brown sugar, salt, and corn syrup. Stir until well blended.
Add the butter and stir until well blended.
Add the pecans and stir until well combined.
Transfer the batter into the prepared pie plate and spread it evenly.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 50 minutes or until done.
Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool completely at room temperature for about 2 hours.
Slice into even pieces.

Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then place them inside the fridge. They can last up to 3 days.
