This outstanding Chimichurri Steak is what you just might need today! Oh, man, you have got to give this recipe a try, I’m telling you! You can always add more ingredients if you wish. Ingredients:
½ tsp chilli powder
½ tsp salt
1 lemon or lime
1 pound flank steak
½ tsp pepper
½ c chimichurri sauce
Chimichurri Sauce
¼ c red wine vinegar
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 bunch parsley about 1 ½-2 c
¼ tsp salt
5 cloves garlic
¼ tsp pepper
½-1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Directions:
Prepare the grill and preheat until smoking hot.
Rub the flank steak with salt, pepper, and chilli powder to season. Make sure to coat it well.
Put the flank steak over the preheated grill.
Grill the steak for about 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until cooked to your preferred doneness.
Remove the steak from the grill and move it onto a cutting board. Let it rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Slice the steak into even pieces.
Squeeze a lemon over the steak slices.
Serve with the chimichurri sauce. Enjoy!
For the Chimichurri Sauce:
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients of the Chimichurri sauce. Stir until well blended.
Serve with the steak. Enjoy!
