I love this banana bread from Starbucks that’s why I researched for the recipe. I am so glad that I gave this one a try because it tastes the same as the one, I always have at my favourite coffee shop! Oh, man, you have got to give this recipe a try. A very easy and simple recipe that I am sure you can pull off! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Ingredients:
½ c vegetable or canola oil
2 tbsp buttermilk or milk
1 Egg
3 bananas mashed very well
2 c flour
½ tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
½ c chopped walnuts (optional)
¼ tsp salt
1⅛ c sugar
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 162 degrees C or 325 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray in a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, add baking soda, salt, and flour. Whisk until well combined.
Add oil, sugar, and egg into another mixing bowl, then whisk until well blended.
Transfer the dry ingredients into the bowl with the wet ingredients, then stir until well blended and thick.
Add the bananas, milk, and vanilla. Stir until well blended.
Add the walnuts and stir until well mixed.
Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.
Remove from the oven and let the bread rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve warm and enjoy!
