Ingredients:
Patties
2 teaspoons Ketchup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1-pound Lean Ground Beef
½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
⅓ c Bread Crumbs
½ teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Mustard
Gravy
2 c hot Water
2 packets Brown Gravy Mix
½ teaspoon Worcestershire
1 teaspoon Ketchup
Directions
Add all the ingredients for the patties into a mixing bowl. Use your clean hands to mix everything until well combined. Shape the mixture into even patties.
Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add 1 tbsp of olive oil and allow it to become hot.
Add the patties, then cook each side until brown.
Reduce the heat down to low.
In a mixing bowl, add water and the gravy mix. Stir until well combined.
Add the Worcestershire sauce and ketchup, then stir until well blended.
Pour the sauce into the skillet on top of the patties.
Simmer everything for a few minutes or until the texture of the gravy becomes thick.
Remove from the heat.
Garnish with your preferred herbs.
Serve over rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!

I use lean ground beef for this recipe.
