Sensational it is! This Chicken Carbonara just became my favourite! Oh, man, you have got to give this recipe a try. I am so excited for you! Feel free to tweak this recipe a bit to your liking. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Butter
5 strips bacon cooked and diced.
3 cloves Garlic Fresh minced
¾ c milk
2 Chicken breasts -Grilled, Chicken striped up
¼ c Heavy cream
1 small box bowtie
¾ cup Parmesan Shavings
1 c Chicken broth
3 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons parsley
Salt & Pepper to taste
1-2 c Petite Sweet Peas (optional)

Directions
Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add the bacon strips, then cook until crispy. Remove from the skillet onto a clean plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess fat.
Remove the bacon grease from the skillet, then add 2 tbsp of butter and allow it to melt.
Add the chicken breasts, then season with salt and pepper. Cook until brown. Remove from the heat.
Refer to the directions provided on the package of the Bowtie noodles on how to cook them. Drain and set aside.
For the Sauce:
Place a pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add a bit of oil and allow it to become hot.
Add the minced garlic and sauté until aromatic.
Add heavy cream, milk, flour, and chicken broth. Stir until well blended, then simmer for a few minutes over low heat until the texture of the sauce becomes thick.
Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until well blended.
Add the cooked pasta and toss until well coated by the delicious sauce.
Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top. Season with more salt and pepper if needed.
Roughly chop the chicken into small pieces and crumble the crispy bacon.
Add the peas, chicken, and bacon into the sauce. Toss until well combined.
Serve and enjoy!
