2 ½ tablespoons Parmesan cheese
4 ounces cream cheese, room temp
⅓ c mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh dill
4 ounces crab meat, chopped
1 c shredded four-cheese or your fav cheese
⅓ c green onion, finely chopped
12 phyllo sheets
salt & pepper
Directions:
Apply cooking spray in a muffin pan.
Roughly chop the cram and shrimp into bite-size cuts.
Mince the dill and green onions.
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients aside from the melted butter and sheets. Stir until well combined. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
Cut two phyllo sheets into 4 even pieces.
Slice each of the strips into thirds.
Lay the 1st phyllo cup, then top it with another square.
Place the third sheet over the second sheet. Repeat until arranged in layers.
Fill each muffin tin with the phyllo stack.
Brush each phyllo sheet with melted butter.
Stuff each phyllo cup with the seafood mixture.
Prepare the oven and preheat to 180 degrees C or 355 degrees F.
Place the cups inside the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes or until the cheese has melted completely.
Remove from the oven and let the appetizers rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve and enjoy!
