Ingredients:
6 Eggs, beaten
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. mild breakfast sausage
1 can crescent rolls
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add the sausage, then cook until crumbly and brown. Discard any excess grease.
Add the crescent rolls into the prepared baking dish and arrange them in a single layer.
Spread the browned sausage over the rolls.
Pour the eggs on top of the sausage layer.
Sprinkle a generous amount of cheese over the eggs.
Place the baking dish inside the preheated oven and bake the casserole for about 30 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve warm and enjoy!
