This recipe has always been a part of my family since I was a little kid. I remember my grandma used to cook this all the time! I would always go to her house for the delicious foods! You should have seen her worked around the kitchen. Oh, man, she was a wizard! I am so grateful to her for a lot of things including this recipe because now, I get to share it with you as well. How awesome is that? I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you have to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Feel free to modify this recipe to your liking. I highly recommend it! Have a perfect day, friends, and I hope you are all well today. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 stick (8 tbsp) unsalted butter, room temperature
8 ears corn, cleaned
fresh ground black pepper, to taste
kosher salt, to taste
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Line with foil on a baking sheet.
Arrange the corn onto the prepared baking sheet. Set aside about ½ of the butter for later use.
Add the rest of the butter over the corn and spread it evenly.
Season each corn with salt and pepper.
Place the baking sheet inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 to 45 minutes or until slightly brown. Make sure to flip the corn from time to time.
Remove from the oven and spread the reserved butter on top of each corn. Season with more salt and pepper.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Note:
Feel free to add a dash of cayenne pepper if you wish.
