Ingredients:
Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker
2 tsp Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker
1 pound Gemelli Or Elbow Pasta
4 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
2 c Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3 c Whole Milk
4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
Directions:
Put a large pot with water on the stove, then add a bit of salt. Turn the heat to high and allow the water to boil.
Cook the pasta until firm to bite or al dente.
Drain and rinse the pasta with cold water, then set aside.
Put a saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Toss in the butter and let it melt.
Add the flour and whisk until well mixed, then cook for a few minutes.
Add the milk and seasoning mix. Whisk until well combined. Let it simmer for a few minutes until the texture becomes thick.
Remove the pan from the stove, then add the cheese and stir until melted completely.
Add in the drained pasta, then toss until well coated with the sauce.
Sprinkle with fresh herbs on top.
Serve hot and enjoy!
