Ingredients:
2 c frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®)
1 (15.25 ounce) package white cake mix (such as Pillsbury® Classic White)
1 c water
3 Eggs
1 (3 ounces) package strawberry-flavoured gelatin
½ c vegetable oil
4 c fresh blueberries
1 c white sugar
3 c miniature marshmallows
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, add eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Beat until well mixed and smooth.
Scatter the blueberries into the bottom of a baking pan.
Add sugar, gelatin, and marshmallows over the blueberries.
Pour the cake mixture on top of the marshmallows and spread it evenly.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for about 30 minutes at room temperature.
Add the whipped topping over the cake.
Serve and enjoy!
