¾ – 1 c Mozzarella cheese
¾ – 1 c Gouda Cheese
Directions:
Place a cast-iron pot on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add oil and allow it to become hot.
Add the onion slices, celery, and carrots. Sauté for about 5 minutes or until soft.
Add the minced garlic and sauté until aromatic and slightly toasted.
Add the tomato slices, stock, tomato paste, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed and allow it to boil.
Add parsley and stir until well mixed.
Add the Fatti’s and Moni’s Bellissimo Bucatini, then stir until just mixed. Cook for about 5 minutes or until al dente.
Remove the pot from the stove.
Add several spoonsful of cream cheese to the pasta.
Sprinkle mozzarella and gouda cheese over the cream cheese layer. Make sure to cover the entire pasta.
Put it inside the oven and bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees C. When the cheese turns golden brown, remove it from the oven.
