These heavenly treats are simply the best! The combination of all the flavours is just too perfect! Serve these ribs as is or over rice, and you have yourself a meal to remember! Ingredients:
3 lbs baby back ribs, trimmed
salt and ground black pepper, to taste
½ c water
½ onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (18 oz) bottle barbeque sauce
Directions:
Sprinkle salt and pepper over the ribs and rub until coated.
Add 1 cup of water into the slow cooker.
Put the ribs into the slow cooker.
Put the garlic and onion over the ribs.
Cover the slow cooker and cook for about 4 hours on a low setting.
Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Remove the ribs from the pot and transfer them onto a baking sheet.
Brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve warm and enjoy!
