Ingredients:
½ c unsalted butter, melted
1 c white sugar
¼ c unsweetened cocoa powder
1-oz red food colouring
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp distilled white vinegar
¼ tsp salt
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
¾ c all-purpose flour
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese at room temperature
¼ c white sugar
1 large Egg
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray in an 8×8-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, add 1 cup of sugar and melted butter. Whisk until well blended.
Add red food colouring, 1 tsp vanilla extract, cocoa, salt, and vinegar. Stir until well mixed.
Add the eggs and beat until well mixed.
Add flour and stir until well mixed. Reserve about ¼ cup of the batter for later use.
Transfer the rest of the batter into the greased pan and spread it evenly.
In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese and beat until creamy.
Add an egg, ¼ cup sugar, and ¼ tsp of vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
Drop by spoonfuls the mixture on top of the batter.
Spread the reserved batter on top of the cream cheese dollops.
Use a knife to make swirls on top.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature for a few minutes.

Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then place them inside the fridge.
