Ingredients:
1 (12 oz) package vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese
¾ c white sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Line with paper liners the muffin tins.
Crush the vanilla wafers.
Fill each muffin tin with about ½ tsp of the crushed wafers.
Add cream cheese, eggs, vanilla, and sugar into a mixing bowl. Beat until well combined.
Fill each muffin tin with the mixture.
Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and allow them to cool completely at room temperature.
Top each cookie with 1 tsp of the cherry pie filling.
