Ingredients:
8 Roma tomatoes seeded and diced
⅓ c chopped fresh basil
¼ c shredded Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp olive oil
¼ tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 loaf French bread toasted and sliced
Directions:
Add Parmesan cheese, tomatoes, garlic, and basil into a mixing bowl. Toss until well combined.
Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, kosher, and salt. Toss until well mixed.
Place the bowl inside the fridge to chill.
Preheat the gas grill or grill pan to medium heat.
Brush with olive oil the bread slices.
Put them over the preheated grill pan and cook until slightly toasted.
Place the toasted bread onto a clean plate.
Top each bread with the bruschetta topping.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
