Ingredients:
1 lb ground sausage
7 c coleslaw mix
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
1 tablespoon ginger
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ c green onions
Optional
1 tablespoon Red pepper flakes
Directions:
Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add the sausage and cook until crumbly and brown.
Add the coleslaw mix, ginger, soy sauce, and garlic. Stir and cook until aromatic.
Add more soy sauce and sprinkle green onions on top.
You can also add sweet and sour sauce instead of soy sauce.
Serve hot and enjoy!
