This spectacular cobbler recipe is just too perfect not to share with you, friends! Give it a try and I am sure that you and your loved ones are going to love this very delicious cobbler! Ingredients:
¾ cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 cup self-rising flour
¼ cup plus ¼ c (1 stick) butter, melted
1 can(s) (28 oz) sliced peaches, undrained
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Apply cooking spray in an 8×11-inch baking dish.
Step 3: Add ¼ cup of melted butter, ¾ cup of sugar, and flour into a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
Step 4: Add ⅓ of the flour mixture onto the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Step 5: Add the juice and peaches over the flour mixture.
Step 6: Sprinkle the rest of the flour mixture on top of the peaches.
Step 7: Add the rest of the butter on top as well as the remaining sugar.
Step 8: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes or until done.
Step 9: Remove from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes at room temperature.
Step 10: Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes:
Prepare the peaches first before using them. Place them inside the fridge to chill for at least 3 hours.
Feel free to mix these ingredients if you do not have self-rising flour.
