Ingredients:
CAKE
1 package white cake mix (2 layers)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup sour cream
3 Eggs
¼ cup water
*1 (21ounces) can(s) apple pie filling
GLAZE
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
1-1 ½ Tablespoons milk
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: In a mixing bowl, add the cake mix, cinnamon, sour cream, eggs, and water. Beat until well mixed.
Step 3: Apply cooking spray and sprinkle flour in a 13×9-inch baking pan.
Step 4: Transfer the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
Step 5: Top the batter with the pie filling.
Step 6: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.
Step 7: Remove from the oven and allow the cake to cool at room temperature for at least 10 minutes.
Step 8: Meanwhile, prepare the glaze. In a mixing bowl, add milk and sugar. Stir until well mixed.
Step 9: Spread the glaze over the cooled cake.
Step 10: Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
Add more milk into the glaze if it gets too thick.
