Ingredients:
2 boneless pork chops
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 Egg
5 tbsp bread crumbs
2 tbsp vegetable oil, or as needed
Directions:
Step 1: Pound the pork chops with a meat mallet.
Step 2: Season the pork chops with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3: Put the flour onto a plate.
Step 4: In a mixing bowl, add the egg and whisk until creamy.
Step 5: In another mixing bowl, add the breadcrumbs.
Step 6: Coat each pork chop with the flour, then into the egg, and breadcrumbs.
Step 7: Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Step 8: Add oil and allow it to become hot.
Step 9: Add the pork chops and cook each side for about 5 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
Step 10: Place the pork chops onto a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
Step 11: Serve warm with fries and veggies. Enjoy!
