Ingredients:
1 pizza dough
3 tablespoons butter melted, divided
2 cloves garlic minced
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella divided
12 thin slices of ham
15 slices salami
15-17 slices pepperoni
1 Egg beaten
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Marinara sauce for dipping
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Step 2: Sprinkle flour on a flat surface.
Step 3: Roll out the dough to 12×14-inches rectangular shape.
Step 4: Add the minced garlic and 1 tablespoon of melted butter into a small mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
Step 5: Brush the top of the dough with the mixture.
Step 6: Sprinkle half a cup of the mozzarella cheese over the dough.
Step 7: Place the ham over the cheese, then sprinkle more cheese over the ham.
Step 8: Put the pepperoni and salami over the ham.
Step 9: Top everything with a generous amount of cheese.
Step 10: Beat the egg, then brush the edges of the dough with it.
Step 11: Roll the dough up, then place it onto a baking sheet.
Step 12: Combine the rest of the butter, cheese, garlic powder, and parsley.
Step 13: Brush the top of the stromboli with it, then run a knife over it to create diagonal slits.
Step 14: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until done.
Step 15: Remove the stromboli from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature.
Step 16: Slice it into 8 even pieces.
Step 17: Serve and enjoy!
