Ingredients:
1 c butter
1 c light brown sugar
1 c white sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 c all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 ½ c rolled oats
2 c white chocolate chips
1 c chopped pecans
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Apply cooking spray in cookie sheets.
Step 3: Add the brown sugar, white sugar, and butter into a medium mixing bowl. Beat until creamy.
Step 4: Add eggs gradually and vanilla. Beat every addition.
