Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 large onion chopped
1 red bell pepper chopped
½ head broccoli cut into florets
1 pound ground beef
6 ounces ramen noodles (2 packets with seasoning packets discarded)
Salt and pepper to taste
Sauce
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons sriracha
1 clove garlic minced
1 scallion (chopped)
Directions:
Step 1: Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 2: Add the oil and allow it to become hot.
Step 3: Add the peppers, onions, and broccoli. Sauté for about 5 minutes or until translucent and aromatic.
Step 4: Remove the veggies from the pan to a clean plate.
Step 5: In the same skillet, add the ground beef, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes or until done.
Step 6: Put the veggies back to the pan. Stir until well mixed.
To Make the Sauce:
Step 1: In a mixing bowl, add the brown sugar, soy sauce, Sriracha, garlic, garlic, and apple cider vinegar. Whisk until well combined.
Step 2: Place a saucepan with water on the stove and turn the heat to medium. Allow the water to boil.
Step 3: Add the noodles and cook for about 2 minutes, then drain.
Step 4: Toss the drained noodles into the skillet and toss until well coated with the sauce.
Step 5: Add more salt and pepper if needed.
