Ingredients:
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 c BBQ sauce
3 tbsp Italian dressing
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Step 1: Add the chicken breasts into your slow cooker and season them with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2: Add the Italian dressing and barbecue sauce on top.
Step 3: Seal the slow cooker and cook for 4 hours on a high setting or 6 hours on a low setting.
Step 4: Remove from the slow cooker and shred the chicken into small pieces.
Step 5: Put them back into the slow cooker and stir until well combined.
Step 6: Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
This dish is best served with salads or veggies.
Feel free to add about ¼ cup of brown sugar if you want it to be sweeter.
You can also serve this with rice or noodles. I have tried it several times and it works for me all the time!
