Ingredients:
1 (9 oz) package brownie mix
1 Egg
1 tbsp cold water
1 (14 oz) package individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped
1 (5 oz) can of evaporated milk
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
½ c white sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Eggs
1 c chocolate fudge topping
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Apply cooking spray in a 9-inch springform pan.
Step 3: Add the brownie mix, water, and egg into a small mixing bowl. Beat until well combined.
Step 4: Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly on the bottom.
Step 5: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes or until done.
Step 6: Place a saucepan on the stove and add the evaporated milk and caramels. Turn the heat to low and allow the caramels to melt.
Step 7: Set aside ⅓ cup of the melted caramel mixture.
Step 8: Spread the rest of the caramel mixture on top of the baked crust.
Step 9: Add the sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla into a large mixing bowl. Beat until well combined.
Step 10: Add the eggs gradually and beat every addition.
Step 11: Spread the mixture on top of the caramel layer.
Step 12: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes.
Step 13: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature.
Step 14: Spread the reserved caramel sauce on top and drizzle the chocolate topping as well.
Step 15: Serve and enjoy!
